Return Policy

Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days at time of delivery date upon receipt. If 14 days have passed since your date of receipt of your product/s, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping returns:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Hellraising Games 4302 13th Ave S Ste 4-277, 58103.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please include your order number with the return so I know who to refund.
